  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Aqua Ollie website or purchasing any Aqua Ollie products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or purchase our products.

  1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Aqua Ollie adaptive swim therapy vests are assistive flotation products designed to support children and adults during aquatic therapy and recreational water activities. Our products are NOT lifesaving devices and are NOT a substitute for US Coast Guard-approved personal flotation devices (PFDs) or life jackets.

IMPORTANT: Aqua Ollie vests do not prevent drowning. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are in or near water, whether or not they are wearing an Aqua Ollie vest.

  1. PATENT PENDING NOTICE

Aqua Ollie vest designs are the subject of Patent Application No. 64/086,346 (Provisional), filed June 9, 2026. All designs and innovations are the intellectual property of Aqua Ollie LLC.

  1. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Use of Aqua Ollie products is at your own risk. Aqua Ollie LLC assumes no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during water activities, regardless of whether an Aqua Ollie product is being used.

  1. NO WARRANTY

Aqua Ollie products are provided “as is.” Aqua Ollie LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular purpose. Always inspect your vest before each use and discontinue use if the product shows signs of damage or wear.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aqua Ollie LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  1. CHANGES TO TERMS

Aqua Ollie LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
